**Flower Substitutions:**
While we will always aim to use the flowers specified in your order, we may occasionally need to substitute certain blooms based on availability. In such cases, we will replace the original flower with one of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall aesthetic and theme of your arrangement.
**Container Substitutions:**
Similarly, if the specific container requested is unavailable, we will select a suitable alternative that complements your floral arrangement. Rest assured, the substitute container will align with the style and quality of your original selection.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
